We are using Podio as an integral part of our business. However, there should be warnings to administrator depending on access and information download from IPs not in usual range, as well as reports on unusual activities. This will be essential for any medium size business to manage security concerns about the handling of confidential information within Podio.

  Hi Guys!

  Very glad to announce that Citrix Podio now supports Two Factor Authentication (we call it Two Step Verification - 2SV). We understand that this had been long due and really appreciate your patience. While 2SV would provision an additional layer of security to your user accounts, Podio continues its efforts on other aspects of product and user security in parallel.

  For adding this extra layer of security, every user needs to voluntarily opt into this feature from their Account Settings page.
