oGraph/Meta headers when sharing a link to Podio

One thing we have noticed when we share links in Slack is that the page meta is always the same - the original Slack Homepage. What would be great is to update oGraph headers / Meta so when you share it actually shows the relevant information for the particular App / Item you are sharing.
