Create automatic calendar from linked project information
We are a small film production and would like to have a separate calendar to view the availability of our equipment - besides our project overview.
Is there a possibility to create a calendar which automatically gathers the needed information from our projects?
i.e. when we create a project we note which equipment will be needed on which date. What we would like is to have a separate calendar that shows that information out of all the projects, hence it should display which equipment is needed when. Is that possible to generate automatically?
