Invite and add members not working?

When i click on invite, add members, or add contacts nothing happens. I am giving access to proposal decision maker. Please help?

  Hi Chris,

  Clear your cache and try to add the individual again.

  If that doesn't work, I would recommend creating a support ticket by clicking the "Contact support" link at the top of the page to ensure you get specialized attention. If you can attach screen shots of your order of operations that would help as well.
