Fundraising management
Hi folks, even with the donations and contacts apps installed, I'm having trouble making this work as a fundraising database. I imported all my donors and their gifts, but only one gift per donor comes across so I will have to do something clever to import all the extra donations (no idea how as yet, I've asked a few questions on this and following all advice have still got nowhere).
Is Podio the right tool for running a fundraising database? I don't have a huge amount of donors or donations, but I still need to have something flexible that is easy to use.
With donations, for example, it seems to want to set up an individual donation for each amount, eg $200, but if someone else gives that same amount, I need to make sure I set up a new one or it will make a relationship with someone else's gift of the same value.
Any other non-profits using Podio who could help me?

I also wanted to consider using Podio as a fundraising database for tracking donors and funders, but haven't been able to make it work for me. I also wanted to create a database for tracking outcomes but I haven't figured that out either. I've been using it mostly for coordinating my team and tracking grant reports and LOI/grant proposal deadlines, so mostly for task management. My takeaway is that Podio has very basic database functionality and it's better for task/project management. Would love to hear from others if they have similar experiences or tips.
