This is terrible. I now find that I can either have a photograph of staff or their name displayed on the badge, but not both, as I had previously. I want to be able to continue to see their last names and photographs on the badge at the very least. Not at all happy :o(

I am trying to figure out the extent of the flexibility of the new badge layout ... and, unless I'm missing something, unfortunately, it seems quite limited. I've searched the Help Center/Knowledge Base and haven't been able to find any answers to my questions. They are:

    1. Is is possible to have more than FIVE fields displayed in the BADGE?
    2. The SECOND filed seems to be formatted as PICTURE ... when I try to use it to display a TEXT field it does WEIRD things ... is there a way the BADGE can be configured to display ALL TEXT FIELDS? ... NOTE: I realize that if I leave the SECOND filed BLANK, it will NOT DISPLAY, but that FURTHER LIMITS the number of fields I can display to FOUR.

    Thanks

    Tony

The thing that seems oddest to me is the apparently arbitrary restrictions on what can appear in the fields other than #2. I get the idea that only #2 can handle images and multi-line text; and that the other fields can only handle relatively fixed length things, i.e. single-line text, numbers, dates, contacts.

But I'm not sure why Podio should restrict (according to some algorithm I haven't figured out) a sub-set of the one-liner types that can appear below #2 are allowed in #1?
