Add Terms & Conditions to a Form

Hi there,

I'd like to add T&C to an order form app that shows on the printed document along the information added for the client. Is there a way to add it to the template?

It is only text based T&C.

  Hi Rick,

  How do you print? Do you use the browser print function? Then you should add a multiple line text field and just copy & paste the text field in it. Otherwise you can always add a file to an item.

  I understand your question, I would also need to add a button for Terms and Conditions that is linked to a text (or file that can be downloaded) that you can agree with. Is this possible to do?
