Calculating Averages in Dashboard Report Tiles

Hello! I'm wondering if this is possible in Podio... I have an app that lists each item in our project backlog. Each item has a "progress" field. What I would like to see on my dashboard is a report that shows the overall % complete we are on the project. So sum of all progress fields / project count.

Any help is appreciated!

  Hi Jeffrey,

  what exactly do you mean by "Dashboard Report Tiles"? The standard Podio Report Tiles? For that you don't need a calculation field, Podio does that for you, it's a standard function. Just create in the app view of project backlog a new report, select count, than the progress field, than average and follow the instructions.   Or do you have a specific "Dashboard" app where you need a calculation field for getting the numbers you want? If so, you've to connect all your projects with the Dashbord-item where you want your Report to be shown. In the calculation field you can use this:

  @avg of ProjectProgressField
