How to move records from Demo Workspace to Newly Created Workspace?

I followed the suggestion and created records in my Leads & Clients app. Created about 7 of them but they were real leads. Now that I like the app and want to go full speed with it, I Would rather not manually recreate those leads. Please tell me there's a way to move the leads from the demo workspace to my newly created one. Thanks in advance.

  To move the content from the demo space to your own new workspace you can clone the app with content to your new workspace, here is how: https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019608-Cloning-an-app
