I'm trying to generate an API key to use for creating a backup of podio. I'm not sure what to put in the "Ful domain (without protocol) of your return URL"
What does this mean?

  Put the domain from where you will be using your integration. Or if you're making an automated script that will not run off a public domain put in localhost

  No. The domain where you will be deploying your code. It will be a domain under your control (or localhost).
