I would the colors for the category field to be more flexible.
So you can change the colors of the swatches, but also add more as needed.
At the moment there are only eight...

  Specifically talking about our new color palette, it now supports brighter shades and goes well with our new fresh and brighter theme of the UI. Moreover we now have 16 category colors to choose from so as to give users a better flexibility.

  I really don't care about the brightness of the colours, I understand has to be a bit faded in order to work with the rest of the Podio interface.

  What would be great is to have more quantity of colours. 8 are not enough :(

  It's not so much that there are colors missing.
  More so that the color selection is not flexible right now.

  If you could change the colors, that would be better.
  If you could add your own colors, that would be perfect.

  Right now the colors are a bit faded.
  I would like brighter colors.

  Completely agree. We need more colors, preferably simply a color picker like you do in photoshop etc. It shouldn't be difficult to implement at all. Any good programmer should be able to fix it in a few hours.

  More, brighter colors even 10-12 colors is better than the 8 now  Need to be able to add color to allot of things - we're visual people

  I would like to suggest, at minimum, a match to the color options in Outlook:

  

  Since this is a browser based app, the ability to do a full color spectrum would be best.

   Either would be an improvement over the current eight colors.

  Agreed. The ability to create our own colors would be very beneficial.

  Correct me if I'm wrong, but after 6 years, we still can't add more than 8 colors on category fields, right???
