Hi all!, i know that we could use webforms as action from outside but it is possible to use in my web the whole app? like manage the app in my personal backend?

  There's no turn key solution, but you could certainly build this yourself via our API. It would be a lot of work though.

  Ok, let me understand pls. You say that i could for example create my own web with php with Podio API without touch podio interface?

  Our developer site has all the documentation and tutorials we offer. If you are using PHP there are additional documentation for our PHP client library: http://podio.github.io/podio-php/

  I'm not aware of an example that does exactly what you are describing. Generally speaking a Podio API integration involves many moving parts and is not something I would personally recommend if you are not already familiar with programming and using web APIs.
