Hello! Is there a list of all the apps, where it's easy to see what each one does?

  You can find premade apps in our market: https://podio.com/market

  Unfortunately there isn't a different way to view them. They're sorted by category, but you can also search for keywords there. If you don't find one that does exactly what you need, I suggest building one with our app builder:

  Not within Podio but you can try the extension "Supermenu" to see all:

  Can somebody explain technically what it means that the "extension" needs access to all podio content en browsing history ? Is this info sent to the company making the extension or is this going to Podio or is it Google that gets access to all this info. Or all three ? ;-)

  I built the Super Menu extension.

  The Chrome extension is just warning you that it will have access to modify the site content served by Podio (it injects additional html and css to achieve the functionality of overlaying a menu etc).
  
  The website bettersupermenu.com will require you to allow full access to your Podio account so that it can generate a list of all your workspaces and apps, and links to them, to then inject into the podio web app via the chrome extension.

  How do you : "Add a Button to Edit any Podio View as a SpreadSheet" 

  I have installed and able to view the menu, but would like to be able to edit in spreadsheet view. I don't see buttons on any of my apps after installation?
