permissions for apps by workspace, task boards, universal calendar

It'd be great to have visibility/editing permissions for all apps by workspace. someone could own the app and then provide permissions to workspaces so that apps can live across workspaces.

This goes along the idea of a task board that has permissioning across workspaces and a better rearrangement of tasks similar to a kanban board like trello

each person owns a calendar but it would be great if I could click on the calendar dates like in google calendar where i create an item right on the spot and then it detect the workspaces/apps that have for me to add an item of that app or calendar item of the workspace, or my own person calendar!

  Well thought through idea but that would require a lot of changes in Podio so I am not sure if we will do something like this but you never know what the future looks like!
