  • @Dominik,

    Will that update include a possibility to use intext images? https://help.podio.com/hc/communities/public/questions/200511098-Rich-text-editing-in-podio

    Could you reveal approximate term of "very very soon"? :)

    @Валентин

    Yes it probably will. We are testing something right now and I can't tell you the release date. Hopefully sometimes in Q2 but it depends how the experiment performs.

    We are working hard on it and of course have to test it a lot so we can keep up delivering an excellent product to you. I hope you can understand it and I appreciate your patience.

    Are there any updates on this? It's something we've asked for in the past.

    +1

    Markdown is imho easier to use and does not interrupt the flow of writing (at least less than the Rich Text Editor).

    In addition, it would fix a shortcoming of the Rich Text Editor - the non-fixed toolbar. E.g. if you have a lot of text, you have to scroll up and down if you want to format some text way below (see images).

    Here the cursor is directly at the top. You can easily select some text and apply some formatting.

    Here the cursors is farther down and you have to select a text, scroll up, apply some formatting and scroll back - rather tedious if you have to do it often.

    If we could use markdown instead, we wouldn't have to scroll up and down everytime we want to format something.
