    To get the app id and token:

    • Go to your app on Podio
    • Click the little wrench in the sidebar
    • Select the "Developer" option near the bottom

    On the following page you can get the app id and token

    I can't find the 'Developer' option that Andreas mentioned. Has this been moved?

    This might help: If you do not have admin privileges on the app, you will not see the developers option.

    Two possible things:

    - either you haven't got admin access or;

    - go first to the app (important that you're not in activity), then the wrench, then developer.

    Hi.

    I'm a bit comfused about the use of the Client secret and API key to link OpenOffice Calc with Podio API.

    I have obtained an API key, and the Client secret for our App.  The spreadsheet utility - Link to External data - requires a URL of External data source:-

    >  Can the URL be built by me using the Key and Secret?; or

    >  Are there further stages needed to produce a URL?; or

    >  Is Podio API not a possible option from the spreadsheet's External Link utility?
