I want to restrict access to the text field "Phone" for employees of the workspace.
For Example. If I created a customer card in the application "Clients", you can see the name and status of the client, but do not see the "Phone"

  The Podio API gives you full access to all your Podio data. You cannot however use it to change the nature of how Podio works. It's not possible to do what you want to do using the Podio API.
