Inconsistencies/Limitations with Apps
I think the Android and iOS apps are quite good, however there are a few things that I feel would improve the user experience for both and make them much more powerful tools:
Add a Share button for the iOS app - this is already available to users of the Android app, and we have staff using both types of devices.
Both apps should have the ability to add tags to an item when edited in the same way you can when logged in on a computer
Use case - We often use tags to create views for our sales team so they can specifically focus on a certain area while in the field (i.e. customers who have purchased a specific product). To ensure any new customers show up in these views, it would be very useful for the sales team members to be able to add these tags in whenever they are adding a new customer.
- Ability to see tiles tiles on the activity stream from the app as you can on a desktop version of the site. This would be extremely useful to show our team things like sales pipelines, monthly progress, targets etc. The sales team would only be able to see tiles that have been created from Team Views, while anyone with Administrator permissions would be able to see all tiles.
Thanks for sharing!
We're looking into adding more functionality from web such as tags and tasks to items on mobile as well - hopefully this will be available later this year.
What kind of Share button are you looking for? We already have a Share option from Safari on iOS8:
//Sara - Podio
Thanks for getting back to me with this. Understand that there is a share button on Safari however using this on a mobile device like an iPad is slower and not as user friendly as the app.. The share button I would be looking to see on the iOS app would be the same share button is as pictured in the screenshots taken from the Android app below:

Hope this helps!
