Referenced Apps across Different Workspaces

i have a product app that needs to be seeing by different departments, i know i can reference the apps from a different workspace, but will they be able to access the product item information even though they are not a part of the Product Worksapce where they original app is located? I hope i make sense

  Hi Mauricio,

  Referencing an app will let items from that app be linked to, but unless someone has access to the workspace where that app is located, they will not be able to view the full item. The user needs to have access to the workspace in order to view all the item contents.

  I know you can view items from workspace A if they are shared with you, following that train of thought, it would be really cool if i could share an entire app from workspace A to the people at workspace B, this way i can create a relationship field that people can click and not get the sorry you dont have access page.
