Delete Tasks in bulk? i have 13,000 ….
that were set up as automated workflows on accident at the beginning of using podio. we now have dozens of people using and thousands of tasks have been assigned which have no meaning and need to be deleted. any new way to do this?

Hi Kent,
I'm afraid not, sorry about this. You will need to delete them one by one. Or alternatively leave the workspace the tasks has been created in relation to.
It is a good suggestion for future improvement! :) Thanks for sharing.

+1 on this feature.
The bulk delete (or archive) of tasks is a needed option. I have several repeating tasks related to some client apps -- check status, post media, etc. -- over time, the app item has dozens (of not more) of completed tasks attached to them that don't need to be seen. -
No progress on this I'm afraid. You can follow product news here: https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200077273-Product-News

Before I fully understood Podio and how we would be using it as a company, I was setup to receive tasks from every app that was created for us by our developer. As a result, I have thousands of old tasks in my task list. Now that I've made the correct adjustments and am only getting the tasks that specifically apply to me, it's absolutely useless. Not only does Podio lack the ability to delete/check off on tasks in bulk (a problem that people have been complaining about for years now), but I can't even sort them newest to oldest so I can actually view the tasks that I truly need to get on a daily basis. I've had several hours-long sessions of single clicking tasks, and am nowhere near being done. The fact that Podio hasn't added this feature is utterly ridiculous.

I found this, but if you have marked them complete they will stay there
