    Hi Kent,

    I'm afraid not, sorry about this. You will need to delete them one by one. Or alternatively leave the workspace the tasks has been created in relation to.

    It is a good suggestion for future improvement! :) Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,

    +1 on this feature.
    The bulk delete (or archive) of tasks is a needed option. I have several repeating tasks related to some client apps -- check status, post media, etc. -- over time, the app item has dozens (of not more) of completed tasks attached to them that don't need to be seen.

    This is a major problem for us too. I can't believe Podio have ignored this rather basic functionality as it is potentially an App breaker!

    Any news on this - we have the same problem, and it has the unfortunate consequence that we don't use tasks at all. And we'd really like that.

    Has the been updated yet where we have the ability to mass delete tasks? (old post was from 2015).

    Before I fully understood Podio and how we would be using it as a company, I was setup to receive tasks from every app that was created for us by our developer. As a result, I have thousands of old tasks in my task list. Now that I've made the correct adjustments and am only getting the tasks that specifically apply to me, it's absolutely useless. Not only does Podio lack the ability to delete/check off on tasks in bulk (a problem that people have been complaining about for years now), but I can't even sort them newest to oldest so I can actually view the tasks that I truly need to get on a daily basis. I've had several hours-long sessions of single clicking tasks, and am nowhere near being done. The fact that Podio hasn't added this feature is utterly ridiculous.

    @Jason I use Globiflow to "bulk mark" tasks as completed.

    In this example I make sure it only completes the tasks that have a specific name but you can other conditions.

    It works for me :-)

    This would be a really useful functionality. As everyone mentioned, automated workflows can create a lot of tasks.

    I found this, but if you have marked them complete they will stay there

    If you need to get rid of them quick, open the console in Chrome, and enter this line:

    $(".mark > img").each((i,e) => $(e).click())

    Ik will click all task checkboxes.
