    You should be able to follow the item activity in right side to follow if changes are saved or not. Here is some help:

    If you still experience these problems with saving please let us know in a private support request (Via "Contact Support" link) and we can investigate further :)

    Hi, I am having similar problems, some info updates and some disappears. I just updated a sales lead, my activity said I had done that but when I went back into the lead, the info not stored. having same problems on other apps too, either modifying the data or actually modifying the app itself, both are not always working either, worrying as I now do not know what info I have lost, please help, regards Martin

    update - weird - just been testing and it appears my info, whether modifying an actual app or modifying data created with that app, even moving my app fields to a different order didn't update. I tried over 3 times and no luck. So, I quit IE:11 and when I came back in, voila, my amendments were done! hmmm, problem with IE:11? Maybe cookies, I am running Windows 8.1. Obviously can't keep quitting the browser and no, refresh didn't help, is there a cache going on? What do you reckon please, regards Martin BTW Podio is seriously awesome in allowing us to create the workflow and protocols that we specifically want in our own workplace (no good if it cant save or update data though!)

    Sounds like a specific issue related to IE11 and Windows. Could you create a support ticket with this specific information + a few screenshots and we can investigate further? Make sure to include the web browser version and operating system as well!

    Might also be helpful if you can test in an alternative browser so we can narrow the problem down to IE11 only?

    Hi Sara, thanks for your reply. I think I know the problem now. its a cache issue with my browser, when I change or add anything in Podio, the box on the right hand side indicates the changes have been saved, but upon exit the info is not appearing, I have to refresh my page to see my data re-appear. I am going to try out Firefox and Chrome for a while, see how I get on, kindest regards Martin
