I would like to be able to have better view's and more customisation over what I can see in my calendar for myself and that of my team. I think with a few additions/tweaks it could be a very powerful part for helping manage a Podio set up which is aimed at scheduling appointments and assigning to staff.
I have been looking at a number of cloud field service management software (Jobber, Synchroteam, OneServe) and the lack of customisation and ease of set up is where these field service software are not as good and Podio excels. However the Podio calendar is very lacking compared to the field service software.
Some initial features that would be a big help in the Podio calendar:
1) A view by staff name of assigned tasks / app items which could be jobs, so it is easier to see in the calendar layout an overview of who is assigned what.
2) Customisable fields on the calendar item, so you can select which fields you would like from your app shown in the overview
These two requests would be a great help to start with.
