Printable reporting of Views and Items
Podio is a great tool for sharing ideas, but sometimes we need to take a step ahead. Not everybody at our company uses Podio, not evet computers or smartphones. Sometimes we have to share content with them also.
First: The hability to print a list of filtered items without having to download a XLS file and editting on Excel would be really great.
Second: The possibility to print a good Item report. Now we have a very simple printable report that shows all comment, but no tasks. Sometimes is great to show comments, sometimes not. Sometimes is great to show tasks, sometimes not. That could be an option. The same for empty fields, or even fields that should not be in the report.
One example for that is the Projects app. We tried using Projects and Deliverables app, but is difficult to view everything in one only screen. So we use a projects app and put the deliverables as tasks. But we need to take these tasks to the field team (would be even nice to print the referenced items, if they could expose more then just the title, like due dates or a 'solved' field). But even having the printable tasks at the item, it could be great not to show the total cost of the project, as a particular field.
Don´t really bother by graphic stuff, that could be also great, but just plain text reports that really work.
All the best.

Hey João,
We have some great news to share today! You can now print any page in Podio from your browser. With this release it is now possible to for example print a filtered view of certain app items and get it on print, looking exactly like it does in Podio.
Please let us know you think and report any issues or feedback to us in Support.
Have a good and productive day!
Cheers,

Hey
We already have an existing idea shared on this topic: https://help.podio.com/hc/communities/public/questions/200519498-printing-reports-views-
Would be great if you can add your vote to this thread as well so we can keep the same idea listed together?
Cheers,
Sara - Podio
