the sequence of the content in a calculation field ("@[]all of title " )

Hi,

My purpose and Question :
I will import the business data in a excel file to the APP1,in which there are the contents of field2 and field3. I must guarantee the contents of the 2 fields to be the right orders ,which the 3 characters in field3 should be the same order with the corresponding titles in field2.
How can I achieve my goal ?
As my test result ,The sequence in field2 is not the same order with that of field1 .
I can not find out the rule of arranging the sequence of titles in field2.So I don't know how to arrange the sequence of contents in excel file which should be imported to APP1 correctly .
BTW:the title of items is mixed in chinese characters ,english and numbers .
