Records NOT updated in last 7 days

How can I create a view that shows records (classes) that haven't been updated in the last 'xxxx' days? I think I've seen a similar question previously, but I'm having a hard time finding it now in the forum so I thought I'd ask the community / support and see if I get any feedback. Thanks!

  Hey Jeff!

  There's not an exact filter for this unfortunately, so really the only way to do it for now is to manually create the filter for 7 days ago going backwards. A bit of a wonky workaround I know! It's definitely been brought up before, but no solid plans to add this yet. I've added your vote to the list and I'll update you here if it changes :)

  I understand what you're saying, but when I'm attempting to apply filters, it's only allowing me to add a single "Last Edited" filter at a time, am I missing something?
