Order of appearance of comments
Each time I call someone I add a comment. I would like the last comments I added to an item to be displayed above the older ones so I don't have to scroll all the way down. Is this possible?
If not, is there anyway around it? Any suggestions on how I could make this work without changes in order of appearance of the comments?

I would agree with Nicolas about the viewing order of the comments section. It does not make sense to me that you would continue to show the oldest comment at the top and have to go all the way to the bottom to see the most recent comments. I am not sure what the logic of this ordering is only for comments all the activity history shows the most recent ones first and moves them down as new ones are added. Would like to hear if this can be reconsidered so comments are handled in the same manner as activities.

just about to ask the same question...I'm using the comments in CRM now...and it seems very counter intuitive (and a waste of time) to see a comment I made about a prospect say 2 years ago vs. say the one I made 5 minutes ago. Further to Nicolas's question...can you suggest a work around? Is there another type of field can can be used? I'm thinking maybe I could just put in a text field called "Journal" and record my customer interaction there...but then it wouldn't be part of the activity stream. Any better ideas?
