We're looking for someone that can build out our intranet within a 12 days window. We're looking for a basic solution for our small business that has the following functions. Chat, document library, basic CRM, task manager,working calender and an idea board, "think tank".

are you sure you need a developer? I sounds like you have pretty straightforward requirements that can easily be solved without additional development.
