Auto-size Column Width in Table View

I would like to be able to have all the column widths in the table view auto-resize to fit their contents. And to be able to toggle between that and the current view which tries to give each column approximately equal width. (At which point I decrease the font size to make it fit in full-screen mode.)

Right now some columns are much wider than they need to be while others are too narrow.

  I too would like this feature as it is laborious to keep changing them for each view...

  Is there a way to resize these columns manually? You can drag the column width and it shows a repositioned vertical line but it doesn't change the width of the cell.

  Jeff, yes - this is possible!

  We have an error this weekend but problem should be fixed by tomorrow - so it should work again in 24 hours :)

  This is standard in most spreadsheets like Excel and Google docs. Please bump this higher on your list.
