# to mention Projects and other items (why limit mentions to individuals)?

Hi,
sometimes I want to post a comment that involves more than one Project, or more than one Contact (not workspace contact, but an item from a dedicated Contacts app), etc;
if I comment on a Project, I lose visibility from the other one; at the same time, I'd like to comment on the Contact (so I have an history of communications with that person), but referring the comment to the related Project.

Wouldn't be nice to have a "#" (twitter style) to associate comments to items, and continue to use "@" to mention individuals? I'm sure that Podio team can implement this quite quickly...

  This would be an incredible step forward in functionality and makes eminent sense.
