Workflows based on Categories or Questions

It would be great if a workflow could be set up to react on a specific selection in a Category or Question instead of only reacting on the change. So if i have a status category and status goes from lvl 1 to lvl 2 a specific task is created and a different is created when going from lvl 2 to lvl 3. This would make it SO much more useful
