API that uploads files seems to break once in a while...

We have an API that uploads mp3 files to items in an app.

Very seldom a bizarre thing happens, where the activity log below says that a file has been attached by the API but if you look in the file section of the item it is not there. P.S. it definitely has not been manually removed by another user :)

  If the attach succeeds, then the file has definitely been attached. Perhaps you can give me an id of an item where this happened, so I can check the logs, otherwise it is impossible to help you debug.

  the file that seems to have been attached is https://podio.com/diamondsurelifecom/diamondsure-leads/apps/leads/items/13244 on 26 Feb 2014 at 12:46. Once I noticed it was not attached I attached it manually the next day.

  sorry the missing file is called: "Added file force-0732284103-402-20140226-122053-1393410053.3756.mp3"

  It would help a lot if you could give me the file_id of the file.
