When creating webform is it possible to make entries unique based, for instance, on an email address

I have created a webform: https://podio.com/webforms/6888831/531426

It would be great if one of the field can be used to only generate unique entries, based on email address for instance (this way if someone already entered email address=error message you have already completed this form

  additionally it would be nice to have some simple regex or rules for fields. Ex prevent invalid email addresses. force alphanumerical or numbers only fields. etc

  We need a feature like this: be able to define a field "not null" and unique!
