Is there a way to customize the activity screen?

Right now the activity stream titles are just the client name but does not specify what client item/description the comments are referring to.

  It is a good input - we're currently looking into how to change and improve the activity stream to include more/better information in the design and stream :) Stay tuned!

  Nor does it allow the user to make it shorter. It takes up most of my home screen. All I want is the last 3-5 posts.
