When a deliverable is completed, how do you remove it from the list without deleting it?

Is there a way to show completed deliverables without having them appear in the app box with deliverables that are still in progress?

  The generally recommended way is to use a category field to indicate statuses like "Open" and "Completed" and then create views with filters to only show the "Open" items. If by "app box" you're referring to app referencing, then no, I don't believe there's a good way to make "Completed" items NOT appear in an app reference field in a referring app.

  thats what Im trying work out too. I want completed items not to show with work in progress items

  @Laura , what Johan wrote a year ago still applies. This is the best technique right now and with the filters it is actually easy to set up :)
