Provide means to define the default security role that a user will be assigned when added to a workspace.

Currently, the default setting is to make all new users as Workspace Admin; however, most people added to our workspaces should be Light Members. Realizing it's not a ton of effort to change an individual's role, but it would be nice to avoid the extra clicks.

  We updated Podio today with a change so the default invite role is no longer admin but regular member:
