Bulk editing task due dates
When tasks I set on "remind me" pop up in my notifications, I often want to push a whole bunch of them to tomorrow or next week, I have to do that for each single task individually. It would be great if one could select multiple tasks and perform that once for all of them.

Hey guys,
Thanks for the feedback and input! Good question. We do hope to add better "bulk edit" functionality to Podio in the future (and agree it will be helpful), both in relation to tasks and items in your apps. Unfortunately no immediate plans at this point..Thanks for sharing!

Yes please on this one. It's extremely tedious to have to deal with tasks individually. I also sometimes want to assign a whole list of tasks to one person with the same deadline, but I have to enter the person and deadline each time. It would be great if there was a way to just submit a list of various tasks under the same person/deadline.

It's been 9 months I've been asking that question, some time to learn and evolve - some thoughts and some hints:
First, I recently found out that one can drag timed tasks to another day in the calendar view. I find this very convenient, and it comes close to a genuine bulk editing function in performance.
Secondly, and this is in fact much more important, Podio allows for better ways to implement time restrictions in project management.
Robbi, instead of creating the a whole list of tasks with the same deadline for a single person better launch an app for that! Call it "Tickets" or "Backlog" or "Deliverables", and add your list of tasks to one item (i.e. to one Ticket or Issue or Deliverable), and give that item a deadline, not the tasks. If you equip issues with a team field you can by simply selecting more than one person assign that issue with the one deadline and the whole list of tasks to a whole team.
Michelle, your use case is more difficult to handle.
The ability to connect the dates of app items would be a smarter Podio feature for that than bulk editing task deadlines, on the one hand.
On the other hand, in our project management we've now almost completely substituted the very concept of a deadline by a Scrum approach, that is by time boxing issues rather than managing a "deadlines waterfall". In short this means to assign issues to sprints (2 or 3 week iteration periods) which live in a separate sprints app which you can reference from the issue.
If you stick to the waterfall approach you might be interested in two Podio Extensions:
