Better action button usability

This is really three parts, that can be implemented piecemeal, but together would make the whole system fit more tightly to the user's expectations, thus making the system more useful:

  1. Put the "confirming" action button on the right, and the "avoiding" action button on the left. This puts buttons where the user expects them to be, since we scan a form from top-left to bottom-right. If you're creating a new item, "Cancel" should be on the left and "Save" on the right. If you're deleting an item, "Cancel" should be on the left and "Delete" should be on the right. Which segues into...
  2. Make the action button labels descriptive. If I'm deleting an item, the action buttons should say "Cancel" and "Delete", instead of "No" and "Yes". If I'm creating an item, the action buttons should say "Cancel" and "Create" (this one is debatable, as "Save" is the same concept).
  3. Use descriptive colors. "Dangerous" actions, like deleting, should be red. "Confirming" actions, like creating or updating, should be green. Non-specific, primary actions should be a third color (blue is popular). Any non-primary action should be similar to the background.
