Ability to make Workspace inactive

In addition to being able to backup/restore/save a workspace, it would be great if there was a way to make a workspace "inactive" or temporarily  hidden.  For example, when a project or client goes dormant for a while.

  I know this is an old post, but the facility to have a backup as part of the Podio subscription would be helpful - let alone being able to hide workspaces etc! Other online services offer this as mandatory.
