I, and my colleagues, keep getting messages from customers who assume that because we're online were available to speak... this has just got worse with the introduction of chat and video features as customers seek instant gratification.
So, what we're seeing is customers who are getting a better service from PODIO are now getting a bad service because they think that, at best, we're slow at getting back to them or, at worse, we're ignoring them!
The reality is, we're already busy in other conferences or working on other projects and aren't able to accept instant chats, etcetera.
PODIO REALLY needs the facility to add a status like most online chat applications. PLEASE!
