    Hey guys,

I have some great news to share today. We have built the option to manage and archive workspaces from the workspace navigation in left panel. Thanks for helping us improve! :)

Read more about the new functionality here: http://blog.podio.com/2015/02/16/report-visualization-workspace-archiving/

    Cheers,
    Sara - Podio

Being able to hide workspaces from the workspace menu would be good. It would prevent people from posting items in completed/abandoned projects whilst still allowing links in emails or other items to work.

Definitely would be helpful to archive a workspace or hide it from view., The sooner the better.

I agree--deactivate, hide, archive. All would be very valuable features, and would greatly improve our workflow.

Just adding my vote to this as a useful feature; we run client projects that I would love to be able to archive x amount of time after completion. In particular, we may run similar projects with a client, so it is confusing to have multiple projects open that are similar.

I do third party support and have many clients on Podio. This would be very useful. It takes too long to publish the apps and then delete the workspace, also then you lose your data.
