Download All Attachments

Would it be possible to add an option, something like "Download all files/attachment" for PODIO? Sometimes I found myself wasting lots of time downloading post attachments one by one especially of they are photos.

A step in the right direction... but :)
It would be awesome if it was possible to do in a App an not just a item. Like when you can export alle your data from a App, then you get an excel with alle the information for each Item, but then now, you have to go into Podio an click om every single Item to download the files attached to it. It takes a looong time. It would be wonderful, if when you exportet the data from a App, it would generate a zip-folder where all the attached files were in maybe named with the ID number på the item or something. That would be helpful!

You can use https://momentumtools.io backup which will put all attachments across Apps on GoogleDrive every 24 hours. But I agree it would be better if this was one click button in Podio.
@Podio: we want to be able to export ALL attachments in an App (across all items), not just all attachments in an AppItem ...

While you may use the "Download All" feature when you need to download attachments from an individual item(s). Unfortunately, you won't be able to do this at the application level, at the moment.

I read a feature request today from 2017. There Sara said, that the focus of podio lays on performance and stability that's why there is no roadmap for future updates. Will there be something like that in next months?

There is another nice tool that can be helpfull if you need to pull the files on a specific Podio item.
www.integromat.com has standard Podio integration and will output to many different systems. We setup a Podio 2 DocuSign application with a couple of clicks where Integromat is the glue between the two systems, it pulls in the data from a Podio record and uses it to send the attachment for signature in Docusign using the name/email address of the person that needs to sign as stored in the Podio record. Yes, we have been focused primarily on security for our members with the introduction of the two-factor authentication scheme provided the profile.
Also, we have been working diligently to improve our backend infrastructure as well to provide more stability for the product, and one in which we continue to work on as well.
While I do not have a road map for these features, we take these requests very seriously. As with any changes, they need to be evaluated against functionality and platform stability, which can sometimes be a long process.
