I can't see how this wouldn't be too easy to do - creating of some simple groups/security profiles.
- I really want to share Workspaces with both internal employees or contractors, and the client. However, there may be some Apps within a Workspace that I only want to give to internal users, and not seen by the client.
- It would be extremely helpful if we could, at the Company level, create security profiles. eg. Employee vs. Contractor, Client, etc.. Based on those profies, we could assign an set/many/single workspaces. As it stands now, if I bring someone on to collaborate, I need to grant them access to every single workspace I have. They end up with 20 emails and may feel like I'm spamming them, or confused. It would be much better to grant them a ROLE.
2b. Contained within that ROLE, we could grant/deny access to apps within a Workspace as well.
