Show icon for attachments on tasks

When I create a new task that has an attachment to it, I notice there's no icon or indicator showing that that task has an attachment. This is the same for desktop viewing as well as mobile. It would be nice to look at a task and know if it has an attachment without having to go into the task to figure that out.
