Definitely, this is one of the most important things to get PODIO as main Project Management and collaboration tool.

I Concur. The only aspect stopping me and a few clients integrating Podio as the company standard. Other less flexible CRMs allow you to use the app without connection and then sync on connection. On a mobile device connection is not guaranteed but you should still be able to complete certain functions.

E.g. I am on a 8hr plane journey and have a lot of data to input into Podio before I land. How would I do this with no connection?? Other apps remind you that there is no connection and sync when one is available. And you have a more optimal use of time....

    Please get this aspect sorted.

Yes! That's a very important thing to a wine controlling winemaker in his cellar wanting to use podio for all the information chaos of his wine.

This is a critical feature for us too, we love the platform but switching over would not suite our business unless there was an offline function so we can manage task and notes etc offline - although i am guessing as this thread is over 2 years old we may have a wait on our hands?

    Hi guys,

I'm afraid I don't have any news on this for you but I still wanted to say thanks for your input on this and sharing your ideas, much appreciated!

Sorry to say we don't offer an offline version of Podio - you must always have an internet connection to access the site. Both via the web or the phone.

You can export all, or just specific parts, of your data to excel to carry with you on offline moments. This will then be as a offline reminders spreadsheet to be updated next time you're online.

    Does that help?

    Hi team,

One of our partners, Device Magic, has created an integration to Podio that will allow offline access to mobile forms - check out more information here - http://blog.podio.com/2016/09/21/podio-and-device-magic-team-up/.

It's not the entirety of Podio on offline support but hopefully a step in the right direction?

    Thanks!

Working off line with mobile devices in rural areas is a request from our field team. Is there an update on this? I clicked on the link referenced by  Kruti Carsane three years ago and I am unable to find the blog post or any updates on this. Any help would be appreciated.
