Customizing Podio Built-In Contact Forms and Fields vs. Self-Designed Contact App

Hi Podio Team,

Unless there's an ability to edit the Contacts forms and fields, it seems it would be a better solution for a user to make his or her own Contacts App....but this defeats the purpose of having that separate feature built-in to Podio and looses out on capabilities built-in for the Podio Contacts feature.

Any suggestions or advice? I've just started trying out Podio for my organization, and this determines important aspects of how I would proceed in implementing it.

  Your suggestion to edit the Contacts forms and field and use it like an app has my warm sympathy. In addition I would suggest to also make a feature to share the contacts outside the workspace.

  need to have ability to remove required at least.
