I'm finding that inexperienced users can easily forget to click "Attach" for a link field, and the submission of it doesn't take. You come back later and find that there is no link.

I recognize the difficulty in auto-loading a preview through detecting whether the URL is complete. However, you could still have the URL added, with a preview loaded after submission, if the "Attach" button were never clicked. That would be preferable!

You would then change "Attach" to something like "Preview." Or you would have nothing there, and have the preview auto-load once the browser focus left that field.

In my opinion, the concept of "Attach" may be assumed if the person is putting a link in that field! It may be unnecessary to require that second step.
