drop down menus instead of having all categories and answer choices always show. this would save a lot of space on the page. Multiple choice categories and answers also can be done in drop down menus.

  This is available in the app template today - select settings for "Drop-down list" below category field here:

  Hey Daniel, in a webform ( https://help.podio.com/entries/21684758-creating-a-webform-from-an-app) the Category field becomes a dropdown menu.

  Hey Gustav, 

  Care to explain how the categories change into a dropdown? In the video he creates a category, but it seemingly does this automatically. On my web app, it creates check boxes. I want a dropdown of states, but instead they are all checkboxes.

  Alright, 

  It was quite simple. Thanks Podio Support. The answer is if you make a category and say only one choice is possible, then the webform will be a dropdown. If multiple answers are possible with that category, it will be checkboxes.

  Is there a way to use the app reference and restrict what to be selected (drop down function)

  e.g. I have a Project App and want to reference this app to the my Timesheet. In the time sheet I only want to allow the selection of running Projects and not the closed ones.

  Any suggestions?
