There are categories of things, such as Contacts, Products, Price Lists, etc that need to be within all workspaces. It is not reasonable to have people recreate them in each space. For example, Products. That would be part of my CRM workspace, part of my Support workspace, part of my Product Management workspace, etc. Contacts would be part of my CRM, and Support workspaces, etc.
I don't understand the logic of requiring people recreate them in each workspace.
