Create/Apply macros when sharing app items

Hi,

I regularly send clients notifications about shared access to Podio and I don't generally use one of the default options (i.e. Take a look at this, Comment on this, Rate this) because each project is different and I have saved drafts of the messages I use depending on the project.

It would be really useful if we could use macros (or save reusable messages) that can be used when notifying clients that they have access to an app item.

In addition, if I write my own message it would be great if a prompt or pop up showed once I share the app item like the attached.
