Show name of workspace AND app in task list

Depending on the view you choose in the task list, you're either shown just the task's workspace, or if you're in workspace view, the name of the app/project.  It would be really useful to have both the workspace AND the app/project shown in the list view, because otherwise it can get very confusing.

For example, we provide the same tasks for multiple clients, so having just the app/project name listed doesn't show us which client (workspace) we're dealing with because it displays identically.

  I've just been adding the workspace name to my projects and it's been sufficient.
